This book was and is a game changer for me. I literally carry it inside my purse at all times for continued reading.

I purchased this book from my local Barnes & Nobles store back in November 2018. It was at a time when I was trying to figure out how to juggle everything going on in my personal and business life, as I was struggling to manage the two.

This book sheds so much light on doing things with a purpose and maintaining balance while Being Boss.

Getting your mindset in order, setting boundaries, creating habits and routines, using the good old scientific method to map out business goals.

The authors Kathleen Shannon and Emily Thompson are two creatives that came together, sharing both of their stories on how they became bosses by challenging themselves in ways they never knew they could. They met online and grew a friendship to being business partners, who still successfully run their own businesses.

When I found out what Emily did as an entrepreneur it became so clear to me how much I was meant to find this book. It is what I attribute to the creation of Project Beauty Brand.
