We reserve the right to use designs created for promotional purposes, unless explicitly agreed upon with the client.

2. Payment: a. Payment for services rendered is required upfront, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. b. All payments are processed securely through our website's payment gateway.

3. Refund Policy: a. We strive to provide high-quality design services that meet or exceed our clients' expectations. However, if you are unsatisfied with the final design, we offer a refund under the following circumstances: i. If the design does not match the specifications outlined in the initial agreement. ii. If there are significant errors or omissions in the final design that were not present in the initial concepts. b. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the final design. c. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of approval of the refund request. d. Once a refund is issued, Project Beauty Brand retains ownership of all design concepts and materials created during the project.

4. Client Responsibilities: a. Clients are responsible for providing clear and accurate information regarding their design requirements. b. Clients must review and approve design concepts and provide feedback in a timely manner. c. Any delays in providing necessary information or feedback may result in a delay in the completion of the project.

5. Intellectual Property: a. All designs created by Project Beauty Brand are the intellectual property of Project Beauty Brand unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. b. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for their intended purpose upon full payment of all fees.

6. Limitation of Liability: a. Project Beauty Brand shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
