Who are they?
Facetime Beauty Lounge is located in St. Petersburg, Florida. Owned and operated by Michael Vega and Jamie McClendon. This family business is taking the skincare industry to the next level by creating an atmosphere of professionalism and exceptional service. With Michael's 5 years of experience in the beauty industry along side Jamie's business savvy and eye for class and creative detail, they've honed in on the importance of self care for both men and women.
The Experience
Walking into Facetime Beauty Lounge you're greeted by their beautiful receptionist Cheyenne, "Welcome to FBL, how can I assist you?" The lobby is fixated with beautiful tones of white, blush, gold and touches of greenery that create a visual experience in itself. Very clean and upscale vibe with an offering of champagne or fresh lemon infused water inspiring you to drink with your pinky in the air (at least that's what I felt inclined to do). You'll complete your intake form on a beautiful clear glass clip board with a sleek gold pen, I mean come on...the details put into their decor and systems are enough to give a 5 star review without the service. Jamie’s posh and chic style made its marked inside this gem. While waiting for your beauty professional to take you in for service, you'll sit in their plush lounge area, it's there you will be given your choice of beverage to sip and take in the ambience and get all the feels prior to your service.
Beyond the receptionist desk and lounge, there's a beautiful set up for lash & brow services provided by their new beauty professional, Amber Berthelot, Licensed Esthetician. Just around the corner, a private and well decorated room for full services. Brow tinting, waxing, facials, lash extentions, and more, all provided by owner, Michael. Just up the hall is their public restroom, and while it may seem odd to mention, there's no way we could exclude it! The bathroom is an experience fitted with beautiful wallpaper, tones of gold and tan. A Beautiful lighting fixture and mirror at the sink, and freshly rolled hand towels to dry your hands. It was the bathroom that let me know they were not sparing anything when it came down to your overall experience at FBL.
